Job Description

The Product Development Specialist creates our product line, specifically designing our trips and developing detailed itineraries. This positions stays abreast of industry trends and new, exciting destinations and uses that knowledge in the development process. The Product Development Specialist identifies hotel, transportation, attraction, restaurant, and other key vendors and negotiates contract terms and pricing with those vendors. Using that information, the position then determines the cost and sets sales prices.

Job Description

The Group Travel Planner (or Travel Coordinator) manages the logistical planning and implementations of all of our group departures. Our groups include schools, corporations, and any pre-existing groups such as social clubs and church groups.

Primary Job Duties

  • Ensuring accuracy of contracts and expenses
  • Adhere to vendor deposit schedules and make all appropriate payments; monitor, adjust and report room allotments; arrange and coordinate all itinerary activities and meals.
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors
  • Further develop or secure venues for trip itineraries.
  • Communicate with the client throughout the trip planning process.
  • Develop all passenger information and documentation and send to passengers
  • Prepare detailed pre-trip itineraries
  • Reconcile all financial aspects of trips in operating system

The Travel Agency manager plans and books vacations for our existing and new individual client base. The advisor manages walk-in, phone and email requests for vacation travel to all parts of the world.

Job Description

The Bookkeeper and Office Manager oversees the company’s financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. They perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments. This role also administers employee benefits and manages office supply inventory along with other office administrative tasks.

  • Prior bookkeeping/office financial accounting experience required; preferably in a small-medium business setting

Job Description

Our Tour Directors are responsible for creating a comfortable, safe, and unforgettable experience for our travelers. Tour Directors will travel with guests on all types of trips, domestic and international, overnight and day, with the responsibility of coordinating the entire itinerary including flights, transportation, and hotel accommodations.
